The Terms Governing Your Use Of Sientee And Your Purchases.
This website is operated by Sientee. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sientee. Sientee offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
2. Products and Services
Artwork and Made-to-Order Process
All our premium photography prints and frames are made-to-order specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is being custom-produced for you.
Colour Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Billing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Order Cancellations and Amendments
Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, customers have a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel or amend their order. After this 24-hour period, the order enters production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please allow up to 14 days for shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearance processes, or other variables outside our control. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Change of Mind
As all Sientee artwork is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, process direct exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In the event that your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@sientee.com within 48 hours of delivery. You are required to provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the packaging. Upon review and approval, we will arrange for an immediate replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Sientee Membership and Discount Codes
The Sientee Membership provides users with exclusive benefits, including a welcome discount. Membership discount codes are strictly for one-time use by the account holder and cannot be stacked or combined with other site-wide sales, promotions, or trade discounts. We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges or cancel orders if discount codes are found to be misused.
8. Trade Programme
Purchases made through the Sientee Trade Programme are subject to these Terms of Service in addition to any specific terms outlined in your approved Trade Agreement. Trade pricing is strictly for approved professionals and may not be shared publicly.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All photography, images, graphics, text, and design elements on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sientee and our partnered artists. The purchase of any artwork does not transfer reproduction rights, copyright, or ownership of the image to the buyer. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any artwork or site content without our express, written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Sientee, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
