As soon as your artwork leaves our studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery Times and Costs
Shipping Destinations: We ship to the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Poland, Ireland, Austria, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Portugal, Italy, Norway, and the United States.
Delivery Times: Because each piece is printed and framed to order, please allow up to 14 days for shipping times.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Shipping Terms
Packaging
For framed prints, we use specialized, rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes ensuring maximum protection during transit. Unframed prints are shipped in rigid spiral-wound cardboard tubes with zero-plastic ecocaps.
Taxes and Duties
You will not have to pay customs duties or import taxes on your international order.
All taxes are collected at checkout or covered by Sientee so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
Placeholder text noting that shipping costs for parcels that are not collected within the carrier’s holding period will not be refunded. Return shipping in these cases may be deducted from any eventual refund.
Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the customers costs.
Returns
If something is not quite right, placeholder copy explains our return window and the condition items need to be in to qualify for a refund or exchange.
General Returns
Because our premium prints are made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. As our pieces are custom-made to order, we also cannot process direct exchanges.
Damaged Artwork
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged in transit, we will replace it immediately. Please email us at support@sientee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Cancellations and Amendments
Because we begin processing orders very quickly, you only have 24 hours to cancel or amend your order after it is placed. Please contact us immediately at support@sientee.com if you need to make a change.
